Some tips and hints if you are creating 360 rotations:
Just took all our contents text and put it into wordle (www.wordle.net) to get a word cloud, below are the results. Very cool, what do you think?
I was just wondering what would be quicker to download or stream, a shoogle or a youtube video?
We need to know first the normal average size of a youtube video, I did some research and found out that youtube uses different data-rates to encode their videos, these are:
Now, if we assume a normal animation lasts around 30 seconds, then a video, without interactivity and all the advantages we offer will have in MB (megabytes) size of:
Finally, lets compare this values to the average of a few shoogles (default quality @ 60%) of similar sizes:
So, we can conclude from our quick calculations that Shoogles are around 1/3 of the size of a video from a similar size when small (320p), 2/3 of the size when at a medium/big size (720p) and about the same file size when at huge sizes (1080p).
Hi, Just added luminance correction for photo shoots (not video).

Select a fixed constant location in the background and the strength of the algorithm (100% is usually OK).
Normally if you shoot photos one after the other one using flashes, you will notice that once they are compiled together that the animation flickers.
This is caused because most flashes, even the expensive ones, vary in luminance a little bit between shoots.
Unfortunately even this little variation is noticeable to the human eye, this is why we programmed a new feature into shoogleit to fix this, just head to shoogleit and in the ‘frames‘ tab under advanced options, select ‘Flash Shoot Correction‘.
Once you open the menu then click in a pixel of your image which should be constant in colour, luminance and will never be occluded by the object (usually the background). Hit recolour and let us do all the work.
Hope you enjoy it.

iOS: We are a few weeks away from releasing apps for the iPhone (3G, 3GS, 4G), iPod Touch (2nd Generation or newer) and the iPad.
Android: Android Mobiles with firmware 2.2 (FroYo) can run shoogles right now straight from our website.
Other: Please install Adobe Flash Player 10.1 in your smartphone or tablets if you use Windows Mobile 7 or other Mobile OS.
