Shoogleit.com is the culmination of years of research and hard work from the texture lab and TotallyTextures LTD (a high tech company based in Edinburgh Scotland). TotallyTextures LTD specializes in capture, design, presentation, e-commerce and search of products and surfaces. It currently hold various patents and pending patents on its various products and services.

Shoogleit.com is being tested and improved at various locations at Heriot-Watt University. Also it is being used in the Digital Sensoria Programme and at the Texture Lab. The Digital Sensoria Programme will provide designers, consumers, corporations and communities with a new language that will enable them to communicate peoples' sensory perceptions of designs and real products through rich multi-modal digital interfaces.
